Pet Heroes

I’ve had to wait until I could handle the emotional spin compiling this post would put me in. A little over a month ago our dear Sarah took a turn for the worse. It was clear to us that having her put to rest was the only option we had. We came to NGVS on a rainy Tuesday night, broken hearted with our beloved Sarah. I can’t begin to tell you how much I appreciate EVERYONE we came into contact with. Professional, compassionate, friendly, sympathetic, EVERYTHING! But there wasone individual who stood out like a shining STAR, her name is Robin. From the first night we came in with Sarah, to multiple phone calls trying to make arrangements, to the second and final night we came in, Robin was truly MY ROCK! I honestly believe I couldn’t have gotten thru this without her. I’m forever grateful that I was able to meet her and have this “silver lining” during such a dark, sad time. Thank you all for what you do and for being there when my family needed you so. – Donna Mitchell Wallace
