Our little fuzzy buddy decided to eat some ibuprofen last night and when I called NGVS they explained how serious this was and told us to get him there as soon as possible. When we walked in the front staff took him back right away and started working on him. We were there a couple of hours and they kept us informed of what they were doing the entire time. When it was time to leave they made sure we knew what to do in the next few days. I hope we never need them again but if we do you can bet this will be the only emergency vet care we use. – Steve Rider
