I can’t say enough about how caring and helpful NGVS was when our dear Nikita went there for emergency surgery. In the end she didn’t make it, but the entire staff showed her love and affection for her entire week’s stay there, and afterward Dr. James called to offer his condolences and seemed genuinely moved.
