Really took the time to get my pups history from me and talk out a plan that worked best for us and our baby girl. Gave me options I didn’t have with my regular vet. Dr. Austel was amazing with my dog to make her feel comfortable and allowing my daughter to understand the information as well. So awesome to have that compassion when your dog has an issue serious/frustrating enough to have to send you to a specialist! – Brittany Sullivan
