I woke up on October 1 to bloody vomit from my thirteen year old kitty. I immediately called my primary vet and they suggest I take her here. Dr. Goodnight was very professional while also still having a good bedside manner. It was determined that she was in a lot of pain and her quality of life was being questioned. I couldn’t put her to sleep in a strange place but I asked them to prescribe her some nausea and pain meds so that I could take her to her primary vet in the morning. They were completely okay with this and never tried to nickel and dime me. They called me that Thursday to check on Lily and see how she was but unfortunately she was too sick and didn’t make it. Robin was extremely sweet to me and made me feel a lot better. They had only met my sweet girl once but they treated her as if she were their own. I went in my mailbox today to find a “thinking of you” card where the entire staff wrote a little something on the inside of the card for me and my family in the loving memory of Lily. Thank you for realizing what a special cat Lily was and treating her as if she were your own. I’m thoroughly impressed with this clinic and will continue to go to them with any of my emergency needs for my other animals. Thank you for caring. – Rachael Graham
